27.3 Special provisions

Specific provision is made for offences committed by bodies corporate. Where the offence was committed with the consent or connivance of, or was attributable to any neglect on the part of, any director, manager, secretary or similar officer (including anyone who purported to act in such capacity) such person, as well as the body corporate, is liable1.

There are special provisions relating to the marking of certain goods and the information to be contained in advertisements for such goods2.
