As I am sure many of you will know, the Jackson reforms are now a matter of weeks away, with the majority of the reforms coming into force on 1 April. How the reforms will work in practice on case management and costs budgeting in litigation still remains a bit of a mystery, particularly in insolvency litigation, and this is the cause for much concern.
