Bad month for Comet

Its been a bad month for Comet....Former employees of the electrical retailer Comet have called for the Insolvency Service to consider whether the administrators should face criminal charges over alleged mishandling of redundancies at the retailer. The Insolvency Service is being asked to consider whether the correspondence between the administrators and the Business Secretary, Vince Cable, constituted a criminal offence under the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992,
