The annexes to the EC Regulation on Insolvency 1346/2000 have been updated to add insolvency procedures from Poland and Slovakia to Annexes A, B and C.
Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1792 of 29 September 2016
From 12 October 2016 (the day after the implementing regulation appeared in the Official Journal), new annexes have been added to reflect new insolvency procedures in Poland and Slovakia. Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1792 of 29 September 2016 replaces Annexes A, B and C in the Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 on insolvency proceedings.
