The Lexis In-house Advisory Board recently met to discuss a topic that has recently received a high level of press attention, and which is high on the agenda of businesses and the legal profession alike: how to create and benefit from a diverse workforce.

The Advisory Board began by defining diversity, identifying the current drivers for change and exploring some of the benefits to business of a diverse legal workforce (click here for more detail on these points).
