On the 12th of October 2016, the LexisNexis In-house Legal Innovation and Knowledge Excellence (LIKE) Forum met to discuss how to build and embed a knowledge-sharing culture.

The session was led by Hélène Russell, author and teacher in knowledge management and focused on the following key topics:

• understanding your organisation’s culture

• reducing barriers to knowledge-sharing

• promoting leadership buy-in

She trained as a lawyer in the City and worked as an in-house lawyer for 10 years including as Head of Legal for Virgin Radio and Ginger Media Group.  

Outside of work she is happily married with three sons and enjoys morning walks along the beach with her two dogs.
