Driving the E of ESG or falling behind?  Why In-house lawyers are instrumental

Environmental and climate issues are key for all organisations, with some in-house legal playing an instrumental role in driving this agenda in their organisations, and those that aren’t risk being left behind.

This session will focus on how in-house lawyers are supporting their organisations on their sustainability journey, highlighting practical steps and top tips.

We are delighted to be joined by Adam Woodhall, CEO of Lawyers for Net Zero , as well as influential GCs, including Andrew Dixon-Smith, Head, Legal, Client Coverage at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB); Neil Dodds, General Counsel and Company Secretary for Arco and Nichola Westlake, Associate General Counsel for Commercial Legal Services at Centrica plc.

This is the official launch of a report from LexisNexis and Lawyers for Net Zero based on conversations with influential GCs and in-house counsel, conducted independently by Spinnaker Research.
