Addressing the No.1 career worry for Junior Lawyers - Wednesday 21st October

Despite the abundant distraction of online yoga and cooking classes, some of you have been missing the opportunity to network and gain insights with your peers. We've listened, and teamed up with F-LEX and Crafty Counsel to bring you monthly virtual lunches that enable you to network from home!

In F-LEX's recent Millennial Survey, 25% of respondents stated that making mistakes is their number one career worry. When considering the fact that making mistakes and learning from them is a key part of a junior lawyer's development, this is a worrying statistic.

So what can be done? To answer this question, we will be hearing from an excellent panel of speakers in this month's Virtual Lunch for junior lawyers:

  • Mary Bonsor - CEO at F-LEX
  • Leigh Kirkpatrick - Managing Legal Counsel at RBS
  • Kate Hawker - Head of Legal at Starbucks UK
  • Monica Risam - General Counsel at Lombard International

As always, the session will kick off with some ice breaker polls and our famous quiz, before passing over to our speakers. This is a fantastic opportunity for junior lawyers to hear insights from and network with industry leaders, so make sure to sign up!
