Rethinking the law

Last week saw the latest ReInventLaw session in Silicon Valley following similarly thought provoking sessions in London and Dubai last year. The session (which I followed at distance on the active Twitter feeds #ReInventLaw) included talks with such great headings as "If it's broken, fix it", "Visual Progression: Does How We See the Law Matter", "Data Driven Contracts: Hard Truths & Silver Linings" …

But my favourite was from Dan Katz of MSU. Katz provides an excellent analysis of how the legal market, and legal profession, is changing. There are quite a few slides but well worth going through the presentation.
