Contributors

Geraldine is Head of LexisPSL Family. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1992 and was in practice for 15 years, most recently as a partner and head of the family team at Hart Brown, a large Surrey firm.

Geraldine writes for Butterworths Family Law Service and is a past editor of the Resolution Review. She has been published in the New Law Journal, the Law Society Gazette and the District Judges’ Bulletin as well as in the national press including the Times and the Telegraph.

When in practice she was a member of the Law Society Family and Children Panels, and an accredited Resolution Specialist with a focus on advanced financial provision and pensions. A past Resolution regional secretary and press officer, Geraldine also contributed chapters to the Resolution publications, International Aspects of Family Law (3rd Edition 2009) and The Modern Family (2012).

Kirstie is a member of the LexisPSL family team and a solicitor specialising in all aspects of family law with particular emphasis on financial settlements, pre-nuptial agreements, private law children matters and financial disputes between cohabitants. Kirstie trained at Manches qualifying into their family department in 2003 where she worked for a number of years, particularly on financial settlement proceedings for high net worth clients. In 2006 she joined the family team at Charles Russell and progressed to become a senior associate in the department. Kirstie is a former member of the Young Resolution London Region Committee. She is also a regular contributor to Family Law Journal on wide-ranging areas of family law.

Claire is a member of the LexisPSL Family team and has almost twenty years of experience as a family solicitor. She specialises in all aspects of private family work, including resolving issues relating to property, money, and children arising on relationship breakdown between married and unmarried couples.

Claire worked as a family solicitor at Hart Brown solicitors in Surrey. She was an accredited specialist with Resolution with particular expertise in the areas of advanced financial provision and pensions. She was also on the Law Society Family Law Panel.
