brusselsThe 10 January 2015 was an important date for those involved in the international disputes.  Despite already being in force, it was the date when the provisions in Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (Brussels I (recast)) started to apply.
