The Commercial Court Users’ Group will next meet on Tuesday 13 March 2018. The Group represents the interests of the Court's users and advises the Court on matters of interest to regular users of the Court. On occasion members of the Group also assist in taking projects of interest to the Court and users forward (in the past including legal issues such as reviewing the working of the Arbitration Act appeal provisions or updating the Commercial Court Guide and practical issues such as IT and new buildings). It is anticipated that the items discussed will include the following:
