Commercial Court Users’ Group—meeting on 13 March

The Commercial Court Users’ Group will next meet on Tuesday 13 March 2018. The Group represents the interests of the Court's users and advises the Court on matters of interest to regular users of the Court.  On occasion members of the Group also assist in taking projects of interest to the Court and users forward (in the past including legal issues such as reviewing the working of the Arbitration Act appeal provisions or updating the Commercial Court Guide and practical issues such as IT and new buildings). It is anticipated that the items discussed will include the following:

  • CE File
  • Disclosure
  • Commercial Court Guide

LexisNexis will be attending the meeting, so if you have any comments on any of the above items or have other useful feedback that you would like to draw to the attention of the Group which is of relevance to the working of the Commercial Court, please send your comments by email to by no later than close of business on Thursday 8 March.
