The Leeds Law Society has previously issued guidance dealing with the production of orders in the Business and Property Courts (B&PCs) in Leeds. This guidance has been updated to take into account that the electronic working pilot scheme (CE-file) now operates in the B&PCs in Leeds and that, in relation to certain claims the use of CE-file is mandatory for represented parties from 30 April 2019.
The updated guidance includes:
• changes to the procedure for filing orders where a claim is being dealt with on CE-file
• an updated email address for emailing orders to the court: BPC.Leeds@justice.gov.uk
• a note that the court will upload the sealed order to CE-file in those cases which are on CE-file
This information was taken from the Leeds Law Society website.
