Breaking News: Updated court forms published

The Ministry of Justice has this morning released some of the court forms amended as a consequence of the different SIs bringing in CPR changes this month.

There are however, still a number of forms which are still undergoing review even though the new provisions which require the updated court forms have come into force.

We are consistently liaising with the MOJ to receive updates on the progress of updating of the court forms.

The MOJ has released this table to assist practitioners.
