69% of London litigators say Jackson reforms will increase costs of litigation

London litigators, surveyed by the New Law Journal in association with London Solicitors Litigation Association , provide a rather bleak position as to the impact of the Jackson Reforms six months on. In what is to be a quarterly survey, providing an overview of the implications of the reforms, the result indicates that so far, the reforms have brought uncertainty and (an at least perceived) burden of additional costs in carrying out litigation.
