The Ministry of Justice has circulated the 111th update—practice direction amendments which makes amendments to CPR PD 51R, the Online Civil Money Claims Pilot (OCMC) and CPR PD 51S, the County Court on line pilot scheme. The amendments came into force at 11 am on Monday 9 September 2019.
The Ministry of Justice provided notification of the update on Friday, 6 September 2019. The amendments to the two pilot schemes are as follows:
CPR PD 51R—Online Civil Money Claims Pilot.
The pilot is extended to 30 November 2021 to allow for further IT development and testing. Several new features have been added for testing on selected claims:
CPR PD 51S—County Court Online (CCO).
