Renting guidance updated as Step 3 restrictions continue amid coronavirus (COVID-19)

The Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government has updated its ‘Guidance for landlords and tenants’ and ‘Guidance for local authorities’ with regards to renting during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic to note that, following the Step 3 of the roadmap out of lockdown remaining in place in England until at least 19 July 2021, the current restrictions should still be followed in accordance with the government’s ‘(COVID-19) Coronavirus restrictions: what you can and cannot do’ document.
