Ofcom annual report looks at customer experiences in 2019 for telecoms sector

Ofcom has released its fourth annual report on how service levels compare in telecoms. The report, which covers customer experiences during 2019 and customer satisfaction levels in January 2020 before the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, is designed ‘to help people make informed decisions about which provider is best for them’. Ofcom also announces that its next annual report, to be published in 2021, will look at how the coronavirus pandemic is likely to have affected the levels of service received by telecoms customers.
