More courts open as coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown gradually lifts

The courts and tribunals tracker list, which sets out the changes in status of courts amid the coronavirus (COVID-19), has been updated.

The 13 July 2020 update outlines that the following courts have had their status changed:

• Blackburn Family Court—Family Court has changed from Staffed to Open

• Bolton Combined Court (Crown already open)—magistrates' court has changed from Staffed to Open

• Burnley magistrates’ court—magistrates' court has changed from Suspended to Open

• Crewe magistrates’ & County Court (magistrates' already open)—County Court has changed from Staffed to Open

• Crewe magistrates’ & County Court (magistrates' already open)—Family Court has changed from Staffed to Open

• Tameside magistrates’ court—magistrates' sourt has changed from Staffed to Open

• Isles of Scilly magistrates’ court—magistrates' court has changed from Suspended to Open
