Minister announces extension to coronavirus (COVID-19) concession

The UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA) has announced that at its conference, Immigration Minister, Kevin Foster, confirmed there will be an extension to the coronavirus (COVID-19) concession, which allows distance and blended learning. It is intended that the concession will cover the first two semesters of the 2021–2022 academic year until 6 April 2022. Further, the Home Office has announced its intention to extend the Graduate route concession, enabling those arriving in the UK after starting their studies to be eligible under the route.
