The House of Commons Justice Committee has declared that it is to hold a third evidence session in its inquiries into Court Capacity and The Future of Legal Aid at 2.30 pm on 9 February 2021. The session will ask criminal law practitioners how delays related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic have affected their work. The session will also examine the future of legal aid, focusing on the day-to-day experience of practitioners and possible solutions to challenges they face.
