HM Land Registry provides update on coronavirus' (COVID-19) impact on services

HM Land Registry (HMLR) has provided an update on how coronavirus (COVID-19) is continuing to impact its services. The latest HMLR update details how, when a conveyancer is requesting an application to be expedited, they must now attach evidence to show why the application is urgent. Additionally, when requesting an application to be expedited via Application Enquiry in the HMLR portal, HMLR has also asked that applicants do not use ‘Reply to requisition’.
