The Department for Transport (DfT) has published guidance on coronavirus (COVID-19) testing for people travelling to England from abroad. The guidance states that if a person arrives in England before 4 am on 18 January 2021, there is no legal obligation to a get a test before travelling. However, if possible, a test is encouraged to comply with this guidance.
