Coronavirus (COVID-19)—Welsh Government issues tourism and hospitality guidance

The Welsh Government has published guidance for the tourism and hospitality sectors in Wales to maintain the safety of both employees and visitors during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The guidance covers how the sectors should keep record of staff and visitors, the use of face coverings, restrictions on gatherings and travel, and licensed premises.

The Welsh Government has adopted five key principles to support businesses to operate safely:

• care—health and wellbeing come first

• comply—the relevant coronavirus laws must be obeyed

• involve—share responsibility for safe work

• adapt—change the way work is undertaken

• communicate—have an understanding of what to do

The guidance is available here.
