Coronavirus (COVID-19)—Scottish Government publish returning to work guidance

The Scottish Government has published new guidance for retailers and manufacturers to consider how people can safely return to work during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The guidance has been compiled in consultation with businesses, trades unions and regulators, and will advise on essential equipment and services required to create safe working conditions. Companies are expected, within the guidance, to undertake a ‘robust risk management approach’ which will offer assurances to workers when the time is right to return to work.
