Coronavirus (COVID-19)—Scotland moves into phase 3 of recovery

The Scottish Government has published new guidance on its route map for navigating out of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, signalling that Scotland has moved into phase 3 of recovery. Under phase 3 of recovery, the virus has been suppressed and the focus will be on containing sporadic outbreaks. During this time, Regulations are still in place which stop some types of gatherings and close certain businesses, premises and venues. The guidance applies from 27 August 2020 and is in force for six months unless revoked. It will be reviewed every 21 days.
