Redcentric explores possible sale

After ending the financial year at a much stronger position than started, with total recurring revenues growing in the last two consecutive quarters and having completed the integration of historical acquisitions, Redcentric plc announced on 2 September 2020, that it was in an ‘excellent position to actively start to explore the many opportunities open to it to deliver further shareholder value’. As such, the company has launched a formal sale process (FSP), as part of a wider strategic review of the company.

Alongside looking for a potential purchaser of the company, Redcentric has also stated it is evaluating potential options in relation to organic growth and/or potential acquisitions that might be made by the company.

Redcentric confirmed that it is currently in discussions with Macquarie Principal Finance Pty Limited and Six Degrees Holding Limited. The FSP is expected to conclude during the fourth quarter of 2020.
