29 June 2017 Solo Oil plc Solo Oil announced a proposed share capital reorganisation by way of a consolidation of its existing ordinary shares.
Under the proposals, every 20 existing ordinary shares will be consolidated into one new ordinary share of 20 pence each.
The board considers that it is in the best interests of the company's long term development as a public quoted company to have a more manageable number of issued ordinary shares and to a level which is more in line with other comparable AIM-traded companies.

Reverse Takeovers

30 June 2017  Avingtrans plc acquisition of Hayward Tyler Group plc Avingtrans has announced the proposed acquisition of Hayward Tyler. The acquisition constitutes a reverse takeover for the purposes of the AIM rules and is therefore subject to Avingtrans shareholder approval.

29 June 2017 Hurricane Energy plc Hurricane Energy announced a proposed placing of new ordinary shares to raise gross proceeds of a minimum of US$300 million at a price of 32 pence per placing share.
The net proceeds of the placing will primarily be used by the company to fund capital expenditure in relation to the EPS development at the company's Lancaster field, West of Shetland.
The placing is being conducted through an accelerated bookbuilding process.
29 June 2017 DS Smith plc DS Smith announced that 62,637,363 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in DS Smith have been placed by Citigroup Global Markets Limited and JP. Morgan Securities plc at a price of 455 pence per placing share, raising total gross proceeds of approximately £285 million.
The placing was conducted through an underwritten accelerated bookbuilding process.
26 June 2017 Playtech plc Playtech announced that Brickington Trading Limited is proposing to sell approximately 32.0 million shares in the company, representing approximately 10.1% of the Company's issued share capital, via an accelerated bookbuild.
23 June 2017 Animalcare Group plc Animalcare Group announced a proposed placing of approximately 8.6 million new placing shares (representing approximately 40.4% of the existing issued share capital) to raise gross proceeds of not less than £30.0 million. In addition, certain selling shareholders intend to sell up to approximately 0.8 million sale shares in the placing.
The net proceeds of the placing receivable by the company will be applied in full to paying a substantial proportion of the cash component of the acquisition consideration of Ecuphar NV.
The placing will be conducted through an accelerated bookbuilding process.

The weekly round-up covers all deals announced from 2pm on the Monday of the previous week until 2pm on the Monday of the current week. Any deals announced after this time will be included in the following day's round-up.
