New revision of TCC Guide published



A new revision of the Technology and Construction Court (TCC) guide has been published (revision four of the second edition). The TCC has stated that the only change is the addition of existing guidance on the management of public procurement claims, as Appendix H.

The guidance (the ‘TCC Guidance Note on Procedures for Public Procurement Cases’) is not new. It was launched in July 2017 and parties have been expected to comply with it since.

At the time of its launch, the TCC announced that there were no plans to republish the TCC guide to include the guidance, but that a copy of it would be added to the White Book. A c
