Kathy specialises in restructuring and cross-border insolvency. She qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has since worked for Weil Gotshal & Manges and Freshfields. Kathy has worked on some of the largest restructuring cases in the last decade, including Worldcom, Parmalat, Enron and Eurotunnel.
Allison is a former partner of Shoosmiths, with extensive experience of legal management and practice compliance.
Chris is Head of Segment Marketing at LexisNexis. A former strategy consultant, he writes about data, tech and the legal market – and how thinking like a consultant can help lawyers grow their business.
