Darius is a corporate lawyer with experience in advising public and private companies on domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, equity capital markets, corporate governance, company secretarial matters and general corporate work. Darius spent 20 years working in private practice in the City of London, including six years as a corporate associate at Allen & Overy and several years as a partner at a leading national law firm (with a secondment to a leading Japanese investment bank).
Erika is a Partner as Osborne Clarke in the corporate tax practice and hears the International tax practice group. Erika has over 25 years' experience advising both UK and multinational clients on a broad range of tax issues. Erika is a member of the UK committee of the International Fiscal Association and is recognised as one of the "International Women in Tax Leaders" by International Tax Review

Melanie is a financial services lawyer and heads up the LexisPSL Financial Services team at LexisNexis UK.  The LexisPSL Financial Services module covers all of the latest developments in financial services regulation and is a key resource for financial services lawyers. Melanie previously worked in private practice at DLA Piper UK LLP and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and in-house at Morgan Stanley.

Joshua (He/Him) is a Pupil Barrister with the Crown Prosecution Service in their Mersey-Cheshire area. He was called to the Bar by Inner Temple in 2018 having completed the BPTC and GDL at The University of Law, and his undergraduate at Stephenson College, Durham.

Prior to joining the CPS he was the first elected President of the Student Association at The University of Law. His focus was on widening participation in the legal profession and in supporting student mental health. He also volunteered on an LGBT street safety project in Manchester’s Gay Village whilst working.

Outside of work he plays rugby for the Manchester Village Spartans RUFC.
