eDisclosure combines cutting edge technology with a knowledge of, and respect for, the time and financial constraints of many cases. We eliminate the need for manual review that costs firms and their clients time and money. From consulting, data gathering and media restoration through to data processing, review and production, our online solution provides a comprehensive service for electronic disclosure.
For more information, please visit www.lexisnexis.co.uk/eDisclosure.
From standard email and word processing programs to arcane systems and uncommon file types, we work with all types of electronic data to enable clients to search, organise, redact, paginate, and produce electronic information.
Manage User Access - Administrators can create or remove users, assign or change passwords, and assign access rights to individual reviewers.
Assign Functional Access Rights to Individual Users - Administrators can assign individual reviewers the ability to perform searches, review documents, create/modify collections, bulk tag documents, print, assign Bates formats (document numbers according to the Bates numbering system), or redact documents. Assignment of functional access rights on an individual level ensures that reviewers are using the ORA according to the specifications of the case administrator resulting in more consistent document review.
Track Document Behaviour - With one click, reviewers can reveal the entire review history of a document including: upload date; list of reviewers who tagged the document; list of reviewers who changed the status of a document; and list of users who printed, redacted, or assigned a Bates number to a document. Audits on document history are critical to understanding reviewer behaviour and for ensuring the correct decisions are made and maintained on important documents.
Administrative Reports - Administrators can run reports that list all active users and track reviewer productivity, including reviewers from external locations and outside firms. Administrators can create and export their own cross reference reports from within the ORA. Administrators can provide more nuanced insight into the status of review and access meta data for other reports.
