In association with The Times, this service provides practitioners with access to all Times Law Reports from 1988 to the present day. The Times Law Reports are universally acknowledged for their quality and authority. The Editor, Iain Sutherland, and all the law reporters are fully qualified barristers or advocates. The reports cover every branch of the law and come from a wide range of jurisdictions including the courts of England, Wales and Scotland, the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and the International Court of Justice in The Hague. In addition, all reports from 1999 onwards include catchwords and case references added by LexisNexis Butterworths legal editors.
With access to The Times Law Reports online, practitioners have a vast archive of reports to search from using a wide variety of methods including by citation, catchwords, judgment date, judge or court. The service on LexisLibrary also provides daily updates of the most recent reports published in The Times, appearing on LexisLibrary on the day of publication. Subscribers can then view the most recent coverage going back 14 days. After that period, the Reports are then accessible in the archive with all of the benefits outlined above, as well as being fully integrated into the other content available on LexisLibrary.
