Halsbury's Laws of England Current Service Set consists of two booklets (Current Service Monthly Review and Current Service Noter-up) held in two boxes. These keep the Halsbury's Laws of England volumes set comprehensively up-to-date, all for one yearly payment.
Current Service Monthly Review booklet is retained each month until notified in the filing instructions and consists of all major case and legislation summaries and journal digests.
Current Service Noter-up booklet is cumulative therefore replaced each month according to filing instructions. It consists of Table of Cases, Legislation and Index that cross refer to the contents in the Current Service Monthly Review booklet, along with a Commencement of Statutes table and Noter-up section which updates the main Halsbury's Laws Volumes since their publication.
