The English Reports bring together all the important case reports from the period 1220-1865, when the official Law Reports commenced. These reports remedy this deficiency by collecting together the reports of most value and reproducing them verbatim. Finally, the reports are comprehensive, covering cases heard in all English courts and the complete range of subjects.
