2014 was a key year for competition law. With the introduction of the CMA in April, the move towards criminalisation of cartels, and the continual push, at both UK and EU level, towards private enforcement, it would be naïve to assume that we are the same position that we were in 12 months ago. Moreover, it would be naïve to think that 2015 is going to be any quieter. Our series of webinars will assess the changes in the law, and ensure you are aware of all the latest developments from 2014, 2015 and beyond.
Our January webinar will reflect upon Joaquín Almunia's five years as the European Commissioner for Competition. In April, our expert speakers will assess the first year of the CMA.
